Adrian is the Head of the Firm's Asia Pacific Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. His practice focuses on advising on online and offline media interests including digital copyright, data and information transfer, content and advertising regulation, consumer protection, defamation, online payment systems and transaction engines, online gambling, website risk minimisation measures, online security and cryptography, securities licensing, and trade marks and domain names.
Renata Campetti Amaral joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2013. As a Senior Partner, she is the Head of the Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability practice group in Brazil. She is Baker McKenzie's Global Climate Change Lead for Latina America and is the representative of the Consumer Goods & Retail Industry Group in the region. She coordinates the sustainability initiatives conducted by the offices in Brazil.
Graham advises on the regulation of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, food, and a wide range of consumer and industrial products, acting for clients in connection with global integrations and reorganisations; product manufacturing, marketing, supply and distribution; EU and UK product authorisation regimes; non-conformities, regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
